100 Women Who Care Jasper County Contributes $5,100 to Jasper County Agricultural Association

Members of 100 Women Who Care Jasper County selected Jasper County Agricultural Association as the recipient of the $5,100 contribution collected at its second membership meeting of 2019 on October 11 at the Jasper County Chamber of Commerce.

Jasper County Agricultural Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and was established to raise funds to provide a new building and show ring for the Jasper County Fair.

100 Women Who Care Jasper County, a program of Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation, will make one more contribution in 2019. New members may join at any time throughout the year. The amount of money contributed will increase as new members join. Members commit to donating $400 annually. The first $100 supports the Jasper County Community Endowment that will be used to serve future needs for years to come. The remaining $300 is used to support the three Jasper County nonprofits selected by the members throughout the year ($100 at each meeting). A reduced cost membership is available to younger members at $200 annually ($50 for membership dues; $50 per meeting).
