(EFFINGHAM, Illinois – June 12, 2023) The Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation is pleased to announce that three nursing students have been named recipients of the 2023 Randy Lee, MD Health Profession Scholarship.
- Chelsea Dane is a 2006 graduate of Casey-Westfield High School planning to attend Lake Land College.
- Paige Cutright is a 2023 graduate of Casey-Westfield High School planning to attend Eastern Illinois University.
- Mashayla Besch is a 2023 graduate of Casey-Westfield High School planning to attend Eastern Illinois University.
The scholarship is available to graduates and current seniors of Casey-Westfield High School who plan to pursue a degree in the health profession field. It was established by Randy Lee, MD for a permanent endowment for health profession scholarships.
