Microgrant Applications Available through goodWORKSconnect.org

The Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation is pleased to announce a new micro-grant program in partnership with the Lumpkin Family Foundation.

Micro-grants for up to $1,500 are provided for attendance by nonprofit staff and board members at seminars, workshops and professional development programs of their own choosing or making. Micro-grants are strategic investments in people and organizations to be used to defray the cost of attending programs targeted at improving the management, governance and leadership of the applicant organization. To find out more and to apply, visit www.goodWORKSconnect.org/grants.

Micro-grants for staff and board development will be available online at www.goodWORKSconnect.org beginning January 18. Applications are being accepted according to the regions in the map and are due February 15!

Not applying for a micro-grant? Then apply to be a reviewer! Read your fellow nonprofits’ micro-grant applications and recommend which should be funded. Apply by February 15 to be a grant reviewer for micro-grant applications in your region at www.goodWORKSconnect.org/grants.
