The Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation recently appointed Travis Franklin of Effingham to a five-year term on the Effingham County Community Foundation Advisory Board.
Mr. Franklin joined Heartland Dental Care, Inc. in July 2004, serving as its Executive General Manager and Development Director. Today, Franklin maintains this position in addition to serving as and Chief Investment Officer for the Workman Family Office and its subsidiary companies. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University where he also received a Bachelors of Science in Business and Economics.

He is involved in many projects in Effingham County and his professional expertise and community knowledge will be a great asset to the local foundation,” said Joedy Hightower, President and CEO of Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation.
