NEWTON, Illinois – June 23, 2025 – The Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation is pleased to announce that Hayden Borgic has been awarded the 2025 Eagle Country Water Works Jasper CEO Scholarship. Hayden will receive a scholarship of $1,000, which will be deferred until Fall 2026.
The Eagle Country Water Works Jasper CEO Scholarship was established in 2015 to provide ongoing support to Jasper County CEO students. This scholarship is available to juniors and seniors enrolled in the Jasper County CEO class who plan to pursue a business-related field of study, such as finance, economics, general business, or marketing.
The Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation manages over 250 funds dedicated to the immediate and long-term benefit of communities in southeastern Illinois.
