2025 Kenneth Diehl Scholarship Awarded to Recipients

(SHELBYVILLE, Illinois – June 23, 2025) Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation is pleased to announce the 2025 recipients of the Kenneth Diehl Scholarship. Scholarships totaling $2,400 have been awarded to graduates from Shelby County who will be pursuing agriculture degrees.

The recipients are:

Kristin Partlow, a 2024 graduate of Neoga High School.  Kristin is pursuing an agriculture degree at Kansas State University.

Cameron Hughes, a 2022 graduate of Windsor High School is pursuing an agriculture science degree at Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Abbie Kelly is a 2023 graduate of Stewardson-Strasburg High School.  Abbie is pursuing an agriculture science degree at the University of Illinois.

Sophie Trainor, a 2023 graduate of Shelbyville high School is studying agriculture at Murray State University.

The Kenneth Diehl Scholarship is made possible by the generous scholarship endowment supporting current seniors and graduates of high schools in Shelby County, Illinois who are studying agriculture.
